Returns & Refunds

Your right to return
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under EU consumer law. To start a return or exchange, email houseof18th@gmail.com with your name and order number.

How returns work
Once you've contacted us, we'll arrange a return label for you. The return fee is deducted from your refund at the time of reimbursement, via your original payment method:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've received and inspected the item.

Returns can't be accepted when:

• The item isn't in its original condition (used, damaged, or missing its original packaging).
• The item is returned outside the 14-day window.

Size exchanges
If the size isn't right, email us at houseof18th@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the size you'd like, and we'll arrange the exchange.

Faulty items
Every piece is checked before it's sent. If you receive a faulty item, contact us and we'll arrange a free replacement or repair — no return fee applies. Please note that normal wear over time isn't considered a fault; sterling silver and gold-plated pieces are delicate and should be cared for as described in our care guidance.

Customs
For orders shipped outside the EU, any customs charges are the customer's responsibility.
